LATEST UPDATE

As of September 2006 there will be a brand new structure to the newsletter publications.  This season has been very busy for the editor, as you can imagine when a newsletter was published once a month.  Good as it was for all the members having a monthly newsletter, it has been decided that a quarterly newsletter will now be produced instead.  This allows more time to create a bigger and better newsletter.  Also to aide this there will be deadline dates for any information that any of the members may wish to put in the newsletter.  Hopefully this means that all members will receive a big, glossy and colourful newsletter every three months!!!

As an extension to our already vastly improving communications, anyone that has E-Mail facilities will be sent a copy of the newsletter in pdf format instead of receiving a printed copy.  This is simply to save on printing costs but also means the recipients do not have to collect their copy from the clubhouse!!!  Pdf copies of all newsletters from the Pre-Season issue 2006 will be placed on the this page soon.

Deadline and publication deadlines are as follows:

Newsletter Deadline for Information Publication Date
Pre-Season WEDNESDAY 14th MARCH END MARCH/APRIL
Mid-Season MONDAY 9th JULY FRIDAY 20th JULY
End-of-Season MONDAY 17th SEPTEMBER SATURDAY 29th SEPTEMBER
Out-of-Season FRIDAY 29th DECEMBER MONDAY 8th JANUARY

Every members input into the newsletter is vital.  Without it there will be no newsletter, so please make sure you do your part by submitting something for publication however small.  It could be anything from congratulating someone on an achievement to a health and safety notice (however boring this is!!!).

All information to the editor in person or by placing it in the comment box please

Occasionally some members will be asked to summit reports on big events, like the opens.

Most committee members will be asked for a report looking onto/back a/on the season
